Syscatech Sdn Bhd (591742-T) was incorporated on 6 September 2002 and was awarded its MSC Status on 29 October 2002.

We are principally involved in the design, R&D, customization and implementation of web-based solutions to the members' centric industry such as the Direct Selling Industry, Multi-Level Marketing and Retail Industry where members' relationship management and loyalty program are key elements of the operations.

Our Enterprise Information Builder ("EIB") framework is a project undertaken by us under the MSC initiative to develop a robust and powerful web-based framework. The EIB is a Knowledge Management Enabler which is a flexible, robust and powerful framework serving as a rapid-development platform that allows real enterprise business applications to be developed in an efficient and effective manner. Our EIB was designed and developed using JAVA and XML technologies. The EIB framework was specifically designed to primarily suit the development requirements of the eMRM solution and to provide developers with a robust and efficient building block to work with.

In 2003, we successfully commercialised our flagship integrated Enterprise Web-Based Solution ("EWBS") for the members centric industry from our proprietary web-based framework - the EIB and marketed under 1Cliq eMRM.

As an organisation that provides e-business applications, it is imperative that we not only consider the integrity, scalability and openness of the application solutions, but also the ability to leverage on existing IT infrastructure of our clients thus reducing investments and timing of implementation.

Syscatech's inception can be attributed to our founder, Raymond Tan, who realised that the eMRM solutions market in Malaysia was still relatively untapped and offered many opportunities for greater development and growth.

Our core R&D team, are amongst the pioneers in Malaysia in the development of solutions based on web-based Internet technologies, utilizing the browser as a standard user interface, our EWBS.
